Filing a Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on somaliporn.net where the allegedly infringing material is located.
4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material in question, typically within 2–5 business days.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the Designated Agent above, including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to remove content from, and terminate access for, producers or users found to be repeat infringers.

Non-Consensual or Personal Content

If any content depicts you and was published without your consent, contact us at admin@somaliporn.net and we will review and remove it promptly.
